1.) Real Time Overview

The Real Time Overview report shows information about the users that are currently on your website. It shows If they are on a phone/desktop , your most active pages, and even where your users are coming from.

Just like many of the other reports available on Google Analytics, The Real Time Overview is customizable to show information to your liking

2.) New vs. Returning

Acquiring new customers is great. Getting them to return is the tricky part. This report will tell you the ratio of newly acquired customers to returning customers.

3.) Conversions

Simply put, when someone comes to your website and makes a purchase, this is considered a conversion.

4.) Interests

This report offers important psychographic information regarding your customers. What your customers are interested in, and what their shopping habits are.

5.) Source/Medium

Where are your customers coming from? This report details where your customers are coming to your site from.

6.) Referrals

Did your customers learn about your site from someone else? This section will tell you who is telling customers to come to your site!

7.) Site Content

What pages are your customers spending the most amount of time on, and what are they looking for? This section answers just that.

8.) Search Terms

Perhaps the most overlooked tool in Google Analytics. This report details the terms that your customers are searching for when they come to your site.
